Abstract

The aim of this thesis is a ski club awards Jesenik, axes, due to the potential sale of the club on January 1.1.2013. Subjective firm market value is determined by the Metod substance on the principle of reproductive rates. The first chapter focuses on defining the basic concepts of valuation, on the basic principles, procedures and methods in the field of business valuation. The second chapter is devoted to characteristics of the ski club Jesenik. Pointed out on its activities and structure. It is also pointed out the strategic and SWOT analysis. In the practical part of the work is done alone ski club awards Substance methods using the principle of reproductive rates. The result of this award is the subjective market value that is obtained based on a valuation technique
