Implementace agilního projektového řízení ve start-up firmě

Abstract

The thesis deals with a selection of a suitable agile methodology of the software tool which could help agile to control the projects in the company. Agile and rigorous methods, which come out from the theoretical-methodology part presented at the beginning, were used in the thesis. Practical part of the thesis deals with a specific implementation of a chosen methodology and software tool. Both the tool and methodology were chosen on the ground of the company analysis which is described in the third chapter. The main result of the thesis is implementation of Scrum methodology which should make project controlling more effective and as well it should help to increase competitiveness. Software Basecamp, which processes a pilot project supporting new methodology, was chosen to help for project controlling. The conclusion of the thesis is aimed for evaluation of contributions and possibilities of future improvements.
