The content of the thesis is the design proposal of multifunctional house on the building site 853/35 in Hranice na Moravě in the stage of documentation for the execution of the build.

The work also includes a thermal and technical assessment of building envelopes, evaluating the construction details of selected building structures in terms of two-dimensional stationary heat conduction and evaluating the label of the building envelope.
