Abstract

This diploma work with the administrative and market valuation as a whole and specifically focuses on the valuation of specific selected reservoirs. The aim is to provide an overview of market and administrative methods of valuation principles and the dismantling of various methods of valuation. The theoretical part focuses specifically on the market valuation that includes a comparison, yield and cost. Then there is also prepared an administrative way, namely the cost method. It is also related to the valuation and public policy. The practical part is focused on the valuation of selected reservoir, which is located in the cadastral Velké Heraltice in the village of Velké Heraltice. It also compares the methodes and results. Selected reservoir is estimuted by the comparison and yield methodes. The administrative assessment cost method was used as well. The conclusion is devoted to the comparison and evaluation of the methods of valuation and analysis of possible subsidies from EU funds.
