Analýza spotřeby a kategorizace vsázky provozu pro výrobu výpalků

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je analýza spotřeby a kategorizace vsázky provozu pro výrobu výpalků z tlustých plechů v nákladovém středisku Výpalky ve společnosti EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. Po stručném seznámení se společností EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. a nákladovým střediskem Výpalky, následuje teoretická část této práce, kde jsou definovány zásoby, jejich klasifikace, řízení zásob, metody řízení a kategorizace zásob. V praktické části je provedena analýza zásob vsázky nákladového střediska Výpalky pomocí analýzy ABC a XYZ. Výsledkem aplikace uvedených přístupů je identifikace trendů ve spotřebě jednotlivých výrobkových skupin vsázky.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of consumption and categorization plant charge for the production of heavy plate cut shapes in the cost-center heavy plate cut shapes of the company EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. A brief familiarization with the company EVRAZ VÍTKOVICE STEEL, a.s. and cost-center heavy plate cut shapes is followed by the theoretical part of this work, where defined inventory, their classification, inventory control and classification methods. The practical part is made of stocks charge cost center heavy plate cut chapes analyses ABC and XYZ. The application of these procedures is to identify trends in consumption of different product groups charge.
