Financování investiční akce města

Abstract

The bachelor thesis is divided into 3 parts. The first part is devoted to the functioning of municipalities in the Czech Republic and their economy. The second part is an analysis of selected management of municipality and the third part is the financing proposal selected investment activities. The bachelor thesis is set out the following 3 objectives.Primary objective is to use knowledge on the economic capacity of municipality Veseli nad Moravou and apply that knowledge to design an optimum financing of selected investment projects. Partial objective is to get acquainted with the activities and functioning of local government of the Czech Republic, with particular communities and municipality Veseli nad Moravou. The second part objective is to acquaint the the investment municipality events Veseli nad Moravou and also indicate the possibility of financing investment projects of similar type and size of this range. Selected the investment operations in Veseli nad Moravou's Tourist Information center of Veselsko. Given the intensity of investment projects were suggested three financing alternatives. The first option is of financing through equity, the second option is a combination of own resources and resources provided by foreign financial institutions, the third option is a combination of own funds and external funds from the EU and from financial institutions. The third option was suggested, provided that the municipality receives funds from the EU.
