Abstract

The aim of this thesis is to describe and evaluate socially responsible activities of the company Hyundai in the world as well as in Czech Republic, and to propose measures to improve the current situation. The diploma thesis is divided into two main parts. The first part defines the concept of corporate social responsibility, including methods of assemssment and measurement. The second part deals with the company´s activities in the area of social responsibility, which are then evaluated and steps to improve the current situation are recommended.
