Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with evaluation of retained austenitic fraction in TRIP steel with increased phosphorus content by the method of electron backscattered diffraction (EBSD). The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of TRIP steels, especially chemical composition, heat treatment and retained austenite, the next part deals with the EBSD method and the preparation of samples. Three specimens of TRIP 800 C-Mn-Si-P TRIP steel were assigned to the experimental part and the retained austenite of the steel was monitored at various degrees of plastic deformation (0%, 5%, 10% tensile deformation).
