Target thesis: Target bachelor thesis is clarify acts of liquidator leading to the Liquidation of business and Incorporated Company. The thesis define the theoretical liquidation process, use an example from practice and highlight the problems in the work of a liquidator. Content of the thesis: The first chapter deals abolition termination of the company with the specification problem for a Incorporated company. The second chapter builds theoretical method of liquidation company and procedure liquidator of the company. The third chapter shows the Liquidation of FCT Holding, a. s. Thesis result: Thesis result is clarify the divergence of theory and practice of liquidating the company. Payoff thesis is the solution striking off the register and completion of liquidation.
