Abstract

Submitted bachelor thesis is about education and development of employees in a manufacturing company. Human resource management is not only about education and development of employees but also consists of many other staff activities such as planning of needs, selection (acceptance), arrangement, rewarding, retirement and dismiss of employees. This work emphasizes to development and individual improvement of company employees. This topic is connected with many other branches of human resource management. In the text the author focuses mostly on description and analysis of educational process. Thesis critically evaluates and analyzes known development activities leading to professional and individual improvement of company employees.
