Systematická analýza výkonosti dodavatelů a jejich rozvoj u výrobce elektromotorů

Abstract

The thesis deals with the supplier evaluation process and their consequential development at electric motors producer. It analyzes the adjusted process and suggests a procedure of relationship development with local suppliers. In the beginning of the thesis there is the theory of supplier evaluation as a part of the purchasing process including a characteristic of revised standard ISO 9001:20015 requirements for the purchasing. The practical part of the thesis presents the analysis of the present state of the performance evaluation and supplier development in the Siemens s.r.o., o.z. Elektromotory Frenstat and consequently suggests a procedure and measures for selected supplier development. The procedure is used in practise at the concrete example. In conclusion the thesis evaluates efficiency of the suggested measures.
