Územní studie lokality „Jasénky“ ve městě Hlučíně pro účel individuálního bydlení městského charakteru

Abstract

Subject of this work is design a suitable solution for family houses an individual character in locality "Jasénky" in Hlučín city. It is a quiet location on the outskirts of town, where the predominant function of housing. At present this area is used as arable land, but development is in accordance with land use plan and the occupation of ZPF counts.vBased on all the findings, I proposed two alternative solutions, one of which is drawn in detail, is including tracing and design of technical infrastructure, solution of transport and economic evaluation of the all investment. The result of this work is the newly created zone for family housing, which offers its residents a pleasant environment for family life in the suburbs of the city.
