Abstract

The main goal of this thesis is to describe the technology of modern balconies construction, which fulfill the requirements of functionality, stability, savetyness in construction, thermal protection and at last using of the balconies. I also solve the costs of creating of this construction. Nowadays, there are a lot of demands on the thermal protection of the buildings, which means, that especially at the outposts buildings, this is severe problém, which is solved in this thesis by using already described technologies and materials and thanks to them is reducing the thermal bridge, which occurs in this constructions. The project for which is this balcony construction designed for, is in present time in a phase of documentation for building permission, which is one part of this thesis.
