Abstract

Jiří Teslík, Ph.D. The topic of this diploma thesis is the implementation of an administrative building in the passive energy standard in the city of Ostrava. The diploma thesis contains project documentation at the construction stage, including the developed study. A thermal technical assessment of the perimeter structures, an energy label of the building envelope and a static calculation and assessment of the Spiroll ceiling panels and the ceiling duct are also processed for the work. The administrative building is rectangular in shape, without a basement, with four above-ground floors. The building is designed according to the passive energy standard. The building is designed as a reinforced concrete prefabricated skeleton with linings from the Sendwix system, based on foundation strips and footings. The ceiling is made of prefabricated Spiroll ceiling panels. The roofing is solved with a single-skin roof.
