Abstract

The goal of my diploma thesis is to develop a house with daycare, the solution of constructions, a heating system and an internal sewerage. I chose the heat pump IVT Greenline as a principal source of the heat energy. The solar system from the company Regulus is used for heating of the water. The project documentation is developed to the extent of implementation of the constructions. It contains the text and the drawing part. The house with daycare has an underground storey and three above-ground storeys. There are ten flats in the house. The main accent is placed to good design of the heating system and the house sewerage plumbing. The house is designed according to valid Czech standards. Everything is designs to create a comfortable living.
