The subject of this thesis is to develop a volume study of the new use of the former water treatment plant in the town of Potštát, with the aim of integrating all functions of leisure activities, technical facilities and nature protection. The study will deal with the processing of theoretical starting points of the solved issue, description of the current state and individual newly proposed variants. Using SWOT analysis, questionnaires, financing options and operational relationships, the final variant will be selected, which will be further elaborated. An integral part will also be the connection of the locality to the transport and technical infrastructure and a passportization and new design of objects using 3D modeling elements will be carried out.
