Náhrada biomateriálů pro opravu kostních defektů syntetickým hydroxyapatitem

Abstract

This thesis focus on preparation and characterization of synthetic hydroxyapatite, namely Ca-deficit hydroxyapatite and octacalcium phosphate, and comparison between his properties with properties of organically modified hydroxyapatite with collagen type I. The set of samples was prepared with intent to synthesize Ca-deficit hydroxyapatite, octacalcium phosphate and biphase calcium phosphate. An organically modified hydroxyapatite with collagen was also prepared. These materials were analysed by X-ray difraction analysis, infrared spectroscopy and scanning elecetron microscopy. Out of evaluation of major phases depending on the different route of preparation, the crystallite size and particle size of individual materials were determined. Morphology of surface of prepared samples and heat-treated samples was evaluated. It was observed that particle and crystallite size increased after heat-treatment. Study of possibilities of CDH modification with collagen was performed.
