Záznamová technika a možnosti jejího využití k dokumentaci protiprávního jednání

Abstract

Bachelor thesis is focused on recording techniques, which is possible to use for documentation of infringement. In bachelor thesis is pointed on legal basis, which has to be known and followed by every member of police force of Czech Republic and also by everyone who use this recording technique. More closely are analyzed generally used types of recording techniques and recording media in police´s practice. Individual attention is paid to the analysis of general principles of documents creation, forensic importance of documentation and specificities of documentation creating by police of Czech Republic. Cameras with high definition are part of the newest types of image recording technique, which could be used for documentation of infringement.
