Zhodnocení zázemí fotbalového klubu v CANIS 7. lize mužů Moravskoslezského kraje sk. C z pohledu diváka

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá hodnocením úrovně technického zázemí a kvality poskytovaných služeb pro diváky na stadionech fotbalových klubů působících v CANIS 7. lize mužů Moravskoslezského kraje, skupiny C. Hlavním cílem bakalářské práce je komplexně posoudit stav těchto sportovních zařízení z pohledu návštěvníka, identifikovat jejich silné a slabé stránky a zhodnotit míru souladu s normativními požadavky Fotbalové asociace České republiky. Teoretická část bakalářské práce vymezuje základní koncepty sportovního managementu, specifika řízení sportovních organizací a roli diváka jako klíčového faktoru ovlivňujícího zájem o fotbalový klub. Dále se zaměřuje na psychologické a sociologické aspekty sportovního diváctví a na legislativní a technické požadavky kladené na sportovní infrastrukturu. Praktická část bakalářské práce je založena na kombinaci kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumného přístupu. Primární data byla získána prostřednictvím strukturovaného terénního pozorování realizovaného ve dvou časových obdobích během soutěžního ročníku 2025/2026. Následně byla data analyzována pomocí komparativní analýzy a benchmarkingu, přičemž bylo hodnoceno celkem čtrnáct vybraných stadionů. Výsledky bakalářské práce poukazují na významné rozdíly v kvalitě zázemí jednotlivých stadionů, zejména v oblasti hygienického vybavení, komfortu pro diváky a doprovodných služeb. Identifikovány byly klíčové nedostatky, které mohou negativně ovlivňovat divácký zážitek i celkovou atraktivitu utkání. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou formulována praktická doporučení směřující ke zlepšení úrovně infrastruktury a organizace služeb, a to s ohledem na omezené finanční možnosti amatérských klubů.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the evaluation of the level of technical facilities and the quality of services provided to spectators at the stadiums of football clubs participating in the CANIS 7th League of the Moravian-Silesian Region, Group C. The primary objective of the thesis is to comprehensively assess the condition of these sports facilities from a visitor's perspective, identify their strengths and weaknesses, and evaluate the degree of compliance with the normative requirements of the Football Association of the Czech Republic (FAČR). The theoretical part of the thesis defines the fundamental concepts of sports management, the specifics of managing sports organizations, and the role of the spectator as a key factor influencing interest in a football club. Furthermore, it focuses on the psychological and sociological aspects of sports spectatorship and the legislative and technical requirements imposed on sports infrastructure. The practical part of the thesis is based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative research approaches. Primary data were obtained through structured field observations conducted in two separate periods during the 2025/2026 competitive season. Subsequently, the data were processed using comparative analysis and benchmarking, with a total of fourteen selected stadiums being evaluated. The results of the thesis highlight significant differences in the quality of facilities across the individual stadiums, particularly in the areas of sanitary equipment, spectator comfort, and ancillary services. Key deficiencies were identified that may negatively impact the spectator experience and the overall attractiveness of the matches. Based on the findings, practical recommendations are formulated to improve the level of infrastructure and service organization, taking into account the limited financial resources of amateur clubs.
