Ochrana průmyslových komplexů v záplavové zóně

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou povodní v oblasti průmyslových zón a komplexů v České republice. Hlavní stať je rozdělena do čtyř částí. První kapitola uvádí přehled základních pojmů, klasifikaci povodní a jejich časté příčiny. Kapitola druhá seznamuje čtenáře s rozsáhlými povodněmi a jejich následky v průmyslových oblastech na území České republiky v minulosti. Třetí kapitola řeší možnosti predikce povodní a organizační protipovodňová opatření a ve čtvrté kapitole jsou uvedena protipovodňová opatření technického charakteru. Diplomová práce poukazuje na nutnost a efektivnost řešení povodňové problematiky jako celku z hlediska organizačního i věcného přístupu k tomuto problému, neboť pouze tento komplexní přístup vede k žádoucí minimalizaci možných škod a následků.

The thesis tackles the questinos of floods in industrial areas and complexes in the Czech Republic. The main body of the paper is divided into four parts. The first chapter contains an overview of basic conceptions, classification of floods and their frequent causes. The second chapter apprises the reader of extensive floods and their consequences in industrial areas in the past, within the terriotory of the Czech Republic. The third chapter deals with the possibilities of flood prediction and organisational flood-protection measures and in the fourth, and chapter there is a specification of technical flood-protection equipment. The thesis points out the necessity and efficency of solving the flood control issues as a whole in term of organisational as well as material approach to the task, as only such a complex approach leads to the desired minimization of potential damage and consequences.
