This bachelor thesis deals with the comprehensive physical security system for the selected department store. The opening part of this thesis deals with a theoretical delineation of the physical security system and tries to describe every part of it. In the practical part, this thesis describes the actual status of the security system in connection to the above-mentioned department store. The conclusion of this bachelor’s thesis contains an innovative proposal to minimize the most serious risks that were identified through analysis. This proposal also includes financial calculations.
