Abstract

The subject of the thesis is to examine the impact of creativity and information technology in the public space, urban planning and architecture and a subsequent proposal procreative space VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. Promotes creative field and the development of information technology is a key element in the work, which should have a major impact on regional development and transformation of the former industrial town. Boosting creativity in the form of an area, the procreative space also contribute to the improvement of university environment, its re-generation and re-creations amending the already functioning institutions and procreative space.
