Analýza postojů zákazníků k sortimentu dřevěných hraček

Abstract

Theme of my bachelor’s work is customer statement analyze to wooden toys assortment. The aim of this work was to find out the customer statement to wooden toys. For example: The increment of it´s popularity, the price impact – if people are preferring to buy cheaper toys or superior toys with higher price. The research found out that wooden toys are number one in preference of customers in front of other toys. People are willing to pay more for higher quality, buying is not impressed by the price only. Buying is impressed by informedness about wooden toys too, which is too low in Czech republic unfortunately.
