Diploma thesis, VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Civil Engineering, Department of Building Environment and Building Services, 56 pages. Subject of the diploma thesis is the reduction of heat loss, the design of heating and forced ventilation for a panel tower house intended for housing. The first part of the work contains text and drawings for the construction part of the project documentation. Subject of the second part is the solution to reduce the building's heat losses, the design of heating, ventilation and heating of hot water. It is proposed to insulate the structures at the system boundary of the building envelope to achieve a reduction in heat loss. The heat source is cascades of air-water heat pumps. The ventilation of the object is solved as a combination of central and decentralized forced ventilation with heat recovery and central fans located on the roof for exhausting the exhaust air.
