Vliv nesymetrie vzduchové mezery na technické parametry asynchronního elektromotoru.

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá nesymetrií vzduchové mezery, zvláště jejími projevy na parametry asynchronního motoru. V úvodu práce je rozebráno magnetické pole ve vzduchové mezeře a dále teoretický předpoklad působení nesymetrie na parametry stroje jako jsou hluk a vibrace. V praktické části se práce věnuje praktickému měření parametrů stroje s nesymetrickou vzduchovou mezerou vůči referenčnímu stroji. Tyto stroje jsou porovnány a výsledkem je zjištění parametrů, na které má nesymetrie vzduchové mezery největší vliv.

This work deals with the asymmetry of the air gap, especially its effects on the parameters of an asynchronous motor. In the introduction, the magnetic field in the air gap is analyzed and the theoretical assumption of the effect of asymmetry on the parameters of the machine such as noise and vibration. In the practical part, the work deals with the practical measurement of machine parameters with an asymmetric air gap to the reference machine. These machines are compared and the result is the determination of the parameters on which the asymmetry of the air gap has the greatest influence.
