Abstract

This master´s thesis is structured into six major chapters, which focus on the field of strategical analysis of the company. Based on the studying of specialized literature, theoretical themes of this problematics are explained, from strategical management through external and internal enviroment analysis of the company to the estabilishment of the suitable strategy. These theoretical themes are applied on IPM Plus, s.r.o. company afterwards. The aim of this thesis was to map current strategical position of IPM Plus s.r.o. company and try to suggest possible problem solutions in the way, that the weaknesses and threats form the surroundings would be eliminated. Strategical analysis of the company was performed with the help of PESTE analysis, Porter´s Five Forces Model of Competition, internal analysis and SWOT analysis. Subsequent recommendations are targeted on improvement of running the company, increasing the customers´ awareness about the company, acquiring new clients, relationship development with the regular visitors and broadening of the presently offered services.
