Abstract
This bachelor word deals with the comparison of non-governmental non-profit organizations in the Czech and Slovak republic. In work I analyze legal, accounting and tax issues of this organizations. The result of this work is evaluation and comparison, in witch state are better conditions for non-governmental non-profit organizations.
