Abstract

Diplomová práce „Využití informací manažerského účetnictví pro analýzu poskytovaných služeb ve vybrané obchodní společnosti“ je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy manažerského účetnictví, kalkulací, rozpočetnictví, controllingu, nákladů a výnosů. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu manažerského účetnictví v obchodní společnosti, zhodnocení výsledků hospodaření a aplikací informací z manažerského účetnictví na jednotlivé činnosti společnosti a navržení změn pro zlepšení finanční situace společnosti.

This thesis is focus on the analysis of management accounting information in a selected business company. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of managerial accounting, calculations, budgeting, controlling, costs, and revenues. The practical part is focused on the analysis of managerial accounting in a business company, evaluation of its economic results, and application of the information from managerial accounting on individual activities of the company. Based on that, changes are proposed to improve the financial situation of the selected company.
