Abstract

Nowadays are high claims in used materials for energy industry. Therefore, it is need to get more information about materials and their behaviour during the process. The ways how we can study deformation’s behaviour are plastometric and metallographic studies, thermodynamic calculations. In our case we used high-alloy heat resistant martenzitic steel P92. This steel was deformed thanks to uniaxial tension test at elevated temperature(800 - 1250 °C) and strain rate (0.1 - 10 s-1). From tension tests results were constructed 3D maps formability for the thermodynamic conditions. It has been confirmed positive effect of high temperature and strain rate for the strength and hot ductility steel P92.
