Posouzení systému vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the assessment of employee education and development system in a chosen organization. The goal is analyze and assess an employee education and development systém in a chosen organization and propose recommendations for improvement. In the theoretical part of thesis we can find a theoretical explanation of the concepts and the education systém. The chosen organization is introduced in the practical part of thesis. There is also described system of education of chosen company in this part of thesis. The questionnaire is component of the thesis. Based on the results of the questionnaire there are recommendations proposed for improvement.
