Abstract
The aim of this Bachelor Thesis is a building project of a detached house which is meant to be inhabited by four people. A part of the thesis is also a project of inner waste water drainage, rainwater drainage with the ensuing usage of the rainwater in a few different ways and their economical evaluation. The project documentation is developed to the extent of implementation of the construction, according to law 183/2006 Sb. To this object will also be made for the building, according to ČSN 73 0540 Building Thermal Protection.
