Zpracování technologické dokumentace pro výrobu odlitku ze slitiny hliníku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem výrobního postupu vybraného odlitku, který je aplikován na možnosti slévárny v Postřelmově. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty vlastnosti hliníku, hliníkových slitin a způsoby jejich značení. Je zde popsán materiál odlitku (AlSi10Mg) a způsoby tepelného zpracování, včetně přípravy před odléváním. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh vtokové soustavy a nálitku daného odlitku. V závěru práce jsou popsány dokončovací operace výroby ve slévárně. Nedílnou součástí této práce je slévárenský postupový výkres.

The aim of this bachelor thesis was to summarize the proposal of manufacturing process of selected cast, which is then applied to foundry options in Postřelmov. In particular, the theoretical part deals with aluminum characteristics, alloy and its ways of marking. It also describes material of cast (AlSi10Mg) and ways of heat treatment, including material preparation before casting. The practical part is focused on the proposal of gating system and shrink head of the particular cast. Finishing operations are described in the conclusion of the presented thesis. Integral part of this thesis is the casting process drawing.
