Analýza procesu vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

This diploma thesis is focused on analyzing the employees education and development process in the company of dm drogerie markt s. r. o. The first part is theoretical, the second part describes the characteristics of the organization and analysis of the current state of employees education and development in the said organization. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the process of employees education and development in the chosen organization and to offer proposals and suggestions for optimalization of that process, based on the analysis of the current situation and on results of the research. These proposals are contained at the final part of this thesis.
