Abstract
The subject of the bachelor thesis is to create a project of a family house according to the
relevant norms and decrees. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. In the first part the project
documentation for the building part is elaborated and the second part is focused on the design
of heating the new family house.
The heating is designed as a floor with a combination of plate radiators. The heat source is the
air-water heat pump. The aim is to propose an economical solution for the heating of a new
family house using renewable energy sources.
