Zabezpečení vodního díla prostředky technické ochrany objektů

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou rizik na vodním díle Šance a návrhem jeho zabezpečení. V teoretické části práce jsou vyjmenovány právní předpisy a technické normy související s touto problematikou, je zde teoretický základ k ochraně objektů a vodních dílům ve Slezsku, včetně zajištění jejich bezpečnosti. Ve stěžejní části práce je charakterizováno vodní dílo Šance a pomocí vybraných metod je provedena analýza rizik. Na jejím základě je vyhotoven variantní návrh zabezpečení vodního díla Šance včetně finančního vyjádření.

This thesis analyzes the risks to the dam Šance and designs its security. In the theoretical part of this thesis there are listed legislation and the technical standards related to this issue, there is a theoretical basis for the object protection and dams of Silesia, including ensuring their safety and security. In the crucial part there is description of the dam Šance and risk analysis is done with selected methods. Variant security design is made on risk analysis and it also contains financial quantification.
