Územní studie lokality „Na Homolce“ pro bydlení v Náchodě

Abstract

The main purpose of this diploma thesis was to draw up a land-use study of the „Na Homolce“ site in the town of Náchod. The territory in question is currently unbuilt and is surrounded by detached houses. The chief factors influencing the project were protective zones of power transmission lines and consideration of wider relations and surveys. For this locality, a residential area consisting of single family residential buildings, and a multi-functional building and a lodging-house as civic amenities were designed. The study was elaborated in two variants. Either variant was provided with overall site and facility plan, technical and transport infrastructure project, and protective zones. To illustrate the future build-up area, visualization was made.
