Využití sekundární záchrany při mimořádných událostech

Abstract

Bakalářská práce přináší pohled na využití sekundární záchrany při mimořádných událostech. V úvodní kapitole jsou zhodnoceny statistické údaje týkající se záchrany osob od roku 2008. Kapitola „Zhodnocení statistických údajů“ se zaměřuje na posouzení využití sekundární záchrany zejména u výškové a lezecké techniky u HZS MSK. Další kapitola je věnována pojmům. Tato kapitola se zabývá pojmem záchrana a evakuace osob. Dále se práce zabývá rozborem sekundární záchrany s ohledem na cvičební a bojový řád JPO. Cílem bakalářské práce je posoudit nutnost aktualizace metodického postupu vydaného MV-Generálním ředitelstvím HZS ČR.

Bachelor thesis offers insights into the use of secondary rescue in emergencies. In the introductory chapter there are evaluated statistical data concerning the rescue of people since 2008. ″The Evaluation Statistics Chapter″ focuses on the assessment of use of secondary rescue especially in height and climbing techniques for HZS MSK. Another chapter is devoted to concepts. This chapter deals with the concept of rescue and evacuation of people. The thesis deals with the analysis of secondary rescue with regard to training and combat rules JPO. The aim of this work is to assess the need to update the methodical procedure issued by the Directorate General Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.
