Polyfunkční dům v Bolaticích

Abstract

This thesis deals with project of a multifunctional house focusing on object technical equipment. In technical equipment part is solved rainwater management and the design of internal water supply including hot water heating design. This multifunctional house consists of two above ground resdiential floors and a basement. Residential above ground floors are divided into two main zones - office and residential zone. Office zone consists of two separated business plants which means providing these spaces to two companies. The larger of these companies is designed for 15 employees and the smaller one for 10. The residential zone is divided into two outer galleryd wellings and one central galleryd welling. With indisposition and the approach of this project these flats are designed for young people and families. Border apartments are designed for 3 persons and the central apartment is for 2 persons. Selected housing unit was assesed with in the effect of the sunlight. In the basement are placed storages of users of the object and a boiler room. In the object we deal with hot water heating using solar collectors in combination with gas boiler.
