Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the establishment and ensuring the sustainability of a family business. The work examines the specifics of family business, its advantages and disadvantages, and analyzes the process of transforming a sole proprietorship into a limited liability company. Emphasis is placed on the development of a business plan, the application of the Balanced Scorecard method for company management, and the creation of a financial plan, as tools for effective management and handover of the business to future generations.
