Simulace procesu odbavení cestujících a zavazadel v leteckém provozu

Abstract

At the time of inception of this thesis company ČSA bought new software BPA Oracle which contains model of simulation. This software has to be tested. Check-in process showed deviation so there was determine to test software on this process and test the simulation like a method as well. In the introductory chapter are described the advantages of simulation like a tool for analysis of problem and getting information for a decisions. In connection to the first chapter is theoretically give an account of simulation in next chapter. There is a description of history of simulations, type of simulations, simulation project and creation of simulation model in BPA Oracle. Next chapter is focused in detail on company profile of ČSA.(company structure, markets, history and air fleet). Last chapter handle with practical project simulation. Simulation project follow recommending for simulation project which was define in theoretical part of work (8.steps). Result of thesis is simulation model. This model was not function from reason of lacks of software. There was define recommending for elimination of these lacks. Part of this thesis is process analysis of course which uncover weak points of process.
