Abstract

The target of the thesis is analyse the environment of the company and on the basis of discovered data create an appropriate strategy for a next progress of company. Analysis are described from the theoretical point of view. Chosen analysis are apply in practice and discovered data are used as a basis for a completing company strategy. Tactical tasks and recommendations are accompanied by calculations and comparisons and provide a basis for implementation of the strategy.
