Evakuace osob ze stacionáře pro zrakově postižené

Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the readiness of the day care center for visually impaired people to evacuate them in an emergency event and propose measures to identify deficiencies. The thesis is divided into three parts. The first part deals with the description of a particular care center, evacuation and preparedness for emergencies from the perspective of the building and components of the integrated rescue system. The second part is devoted to the assessment of emergency events, from the consequences of which visually impaired people can be evacuated from the hospital. Next part of the thesis is the analysis of similar emergencies that occurred in the Czech Republic and abroad and the analysis of some selected tactical exercises. The main part deals with the evacuation from the day care centre for the visually impaired clients. The BIT-Kit is intended to analyze the movement around the building and is used to perform the exercise. At the end of the work, other measures are proposed, such as an education group for inpatient clients.
