Čokoláda a využití jejího potenciálu v zážitkovém cestovním ruchu

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis focuses on the potential use of chocolate in experience tourism. The theoretical part, based on specialized literature, consists of a general characteristic of tourism. A characteristic of chocolate and its use in tourism is followed by a practical part, in which I have drawn information from the literature, the Internet and some people working with chocolate in various fields. Part of the work is my personal research on the current supply on Czech market. I have focused on the use of chocolate in wellness, the providers´ tasting of chocolate and the area of specialized tours. Collecting the data has resulted in a proposal of a tour for professionals – students of gastronomy. I have also included a proposal on the funding of the tour. The work focuses on potentially interesting connection among chocolate, tourism and unconventional use of time.
