Abstract

This diploma deals with the creation of a control and training application for the ABB ACS880 drive. Diploma will use the B&R System to control the drive, due to the simple connection using the FEPL-02 connection adapter, thanks to which control via the B&R system is enabled. Thanks to this application, it will also be possible to train the control of drives, including their programming using the X20 system and general testing of these drives series. DTC technology, an ABB technology used to control drives, will also be described.
