Abstract

The subject of the submitted bachelor’s thesis: “Financial analysis of the industrial company” is to the financial health of a particular enterprise. The study is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is focused firstly on the description of Minerál-Metal Ltd. Subsequently, and describes selected methods of financial analysis. The practical part the described methodology is applied to the company. In the practical part we compare the development in the period of the entire industry, according to data from the Ministry of Industry and Trade. In conclusion its overall financial health in the period is evaluated and including possible improvement proposals is predicted.
