Vícekriteriální zhodnocení činnosti a hospodaření vybraných hvězdáren a planetárií v České republice

Abstract

Diplomová práce pojednává o zhodnocení hvězdáren a planetárií v České republice, které mají formu příspěvkové organizace v letech 2013-2018. V rámci teoretické části je charakterizována nejen kultura, příspěvkové organizace, ale také hvězdárny a planetária. Praktická část je zaměřena na subjektivní hodnocení dle vybraných kritérií, výpočet ukazatelů v oblasti ekonomiky, celkové zadluženosti a míry finanční soběstačnosti hvězdáren a planetárií. Závěr se věnoval shrnutí výsledků, dle výpočtů jednotlivých ukazatelů. V praktické části je použita zejména metoda horizontální a vertikální analýzy, včetně běžně používaných statistických ukazatelů, a ke stanovení dosažených výsledků bude v závěru diplomové práce využita metoda dedukce. Jedno z doporučení autora diplomové práce je opět zavést Roční výkaz o hvězdárně, planetáriu a astronomické společnosti, který organizace vyplňovaly vždy na konci roku a zasílaly na Ministerstvo kultury.

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of observatories and planetariums in the Czech Republic, which have the form of a contributory organization in the years 2013-2018. The theoretical part characterizes not only the culture of the contributory organization, but also the observatory and planetarium. The practical part is focused on subjective evaluation according to selected criteria, calculation of indicators in the field of economy, total indebtedness and degree of financial self-sufficiency of observatories and planetariums. The conclusion was devoted to a summary of the results, according to the calculations of individual indicators. In the practical part, the method of horizontal and vertical analysis is used, including commonly used statistical indicators, and the method of deduction will be used to determine the results at the end of the thesis. One of the recommendations of the author of the diploma thesis is to reintroduce the Annual Report on the Observatory, Planetarium and Astronomical Society, which the organizations always filled in at the end of the year and sent to the Ministry of Culture.
