Abstract

This thesis is about a communication mix and in more detail about one of it´s tools personal selling. In theoretic part is characterized the communication mix and it´s various elements. In practical part is analysed the personal selling in the company Beautiful face (fictitious name). Primarly the financial evaluation of distributors and marketing plan. Part of this thesis i also the comparison with competitors. At the end there are assessment and the recommendations for the company Beautiful face. The work ends with journalistic part, which further develops the issues of personal selling.
