Vliv ochranných prostředků proti teplu na organismus záchranáře

Abstract

Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá porovnáním odezvy organizmu záchranáře při práci v extrémních klimatických podmínkách bez použití chladící vesty a s použitím chladící vesty. V úvodní části je obecně rozebrán proces termoregulace lidského organizmu. Dále jsou popsány tepelně vlhkostní podmínky a způsob jejich měření a hodnocení. Na tuto část navazuje výčet nebezpečí pro záchranáře působením těchto podmínek a popis způsobu ochrany. Je proveden rozbor aktivních ochranných prostředků proti teplu. Jsou zde popsány samotné chladící vesty a jejich účinky. Závěrečnou část práce tvoří experimentální část, kde je popsán celý průběh testování, následné vyhodnocení a shrnutí experimentu.

This master thesis deals with comparing the response of the organism rescuers working in extreme climatic conditions without the use of cooling vests and using a cooling vest. In the introductory part is discussed the process of thermoregulation of the human body. Next there is described the thermal and moisture conditions and their measurement and evaluation. This part is followed enumeration danger for rescue treatment with these circumstances, and a description of protection. It analyzed the active protective equipment against heat. Here they are described cooling vests and their effects. The final part consists of an experimental part, which describes the whole process of testing, evaluation and follow-up summary of the experiment.
