Abstract

The main objective of my thesis was to analyze buying behavior of customers of hypermarket Globus in Ostrava. The questionnaire was used as a method to collect data about customers. There were two forms of the questionnaires: written and personal asking. This survey was conducted in hypermarket Globus in Ostrava.
