Abstract

This thesis focuses on carrying out a feasibility study for establishment of a new company. The aim is to find out, whether the intent of establishing an accounting company in Novy Jicin city is feasible and economically efficient. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. Analyses of external and internal company environment have been applied. In the part related to the feasibility study are evaluated the findings from marketing, human resources, technical solutions, and project financing areas. Based on this analysis, feasibility and reasonability of the project is evaluated.
